What is our return policy?

We gladly accept exchanges OR store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date for non-clothing items; clothing items can be exchanged OR store credit can be given within 14 days of the original purchase. After the 30 or 14 days, all sales are final. Some exceptions to this rule are as follows: All Special-Order Merchandise is a final sale. All Sale merchandise is a final sale. All Christmas merchandise purchased after December 1st is a final sale.

How can I view someone's Baby Registry?

Can Bitty Bucks be redeemed online or in-store only?

Bitty Bucks can be redeemed in store or online! You can use the online code emailed to you or show your physical Bitty Bucks in-store.

 

Are online purchases final sale?

No! Our online purchases will go by our normal return policy.


Can gear be bought online and picked up at the store or delivered locally?

Online gear purchases can be shipped to your home, picked up in store, or delivered to a 20 mile radius.


Are sale items online final sale? What is final sale?

All Sale purchases, online or in store are "Final Sale" which means they cannot be exchanged for store credit or other merchandise.


What are our stores hours?

We are open Monday - Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.  
We do open during some holiday months on Sundays from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
