- Can Bitty Bucks be redeemed online or in-store only?
Bitty Bucks can be redeemed in store by showing the Bitty Bucks stapled to your original purchase receipt from when you earned the Bitty Bucks! Also, you can request an online code be emailed to you if you cannot redeem them in-store. Contact us to request this code by email at email@example.com or call us at (901) 457-7846.
- Are online purchases final sale?
No! Our online purchases will go by our normal exchange policy. (See exchange policy below)
- If I buy gear items online, can I pick up in-store or can it be delivered locally?
Online gear purchases can be shipped to your home, picked up in-store, or delivered to a 20 mile radius!

Saturdays. 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
We open on Sundays during some holiday months from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 PM.

- Return & Exchange Policy:
We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges for store credit on all non-clothing items for 30 days and 14 days on all clothing purchases. The amount of your exchange will go on a gift card that can be either emailed to you or a physical gift card can be picked up in store or mailed to you.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange for store credit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call/text (901) 457-7846. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Itty Bitty Bella, 3670 S Houston Levee Rd. STE 103, Collierville, TN 38017.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged for store credit, like items that have been personalized (either by embroidery or an artist) or items that were "Special Order" items (these are items that were not in-stock at the time of your purchase, so the product was ordered especially for you). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
