Refund policy

Itty Bitty Bella accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise in exchange for store credit. Tags must be attached. Returns must be made within 14 business days and will be issued a store credit in the amount of the current selling price.

Should you need a different size, we will happily exchange any unworn and unwashed merchandise. Tags must be attached. 

For online returns, pease contact us at tweet@shopittybittybella.com or call (901) 457-7846 within 7 business days of receiving the item.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Itty Bitty Bella, 3670 S Houston Levee Rd. STE 103, Collierville, TN 38017.

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
All sale items and seasonal merchandise are FINAL SALE - no exceptions! All sales final on artwork once it leaves the store. After April 1, all Easter merchandise is considered final sale. After October 1, all Halloween Merchandise is considered final sale. After November 1, all Christmas & Thanksgiving merchandise is considered final sale. Personlaized/Embroidered items cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
